We aim to make otherwise complex and inaccessible drafting of legal documents simple and affordable. My Fortress provides the reassurance that your wishes will be carried out to your instruction.

We are a fully accredited member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) and as such we hold professional indemnity insurance to the value of £2m.

My Fortress uses accredited professional Will writers and legally tested precedents to produce quality legal documents in a client friendly manner. Everything is explained in lay terms to ensure clients’ wishes are effectively and understandably validated.

All of our Wills and LPAs come with the offer of a checking service to confirm that it will be an actionable will and won’t be voided. We also offer an insured storage solution so that you can be confident your documents are safe, secure and readily accessible when needed.

We offer free, no commitment consultations to all our clients, so you can make an informed choice as you consider your estate planning options.

As part of our social responsibilities My Fortress works closely with causes close to our heart, which is why for every Will written, a donation will be made to plant a tree in reforestation efforts worldwide. We also offer a portion of our fees to chosen charities if you reference them when enquiring.

Unlike other providers, My Fortress will NEVER bind you into any other services or products. Often cheap or free Will writing services have hidden fees or clauses that compel you to use expensive probate providers. We take pride in putting our clients first which is why we will never pass your data on without your instruction to do so.
